We are a small family run team of staff located in the country hills of Andalucia, Southern Spain.

We have been in and around the village of Cómpeta for more than 10 years and during this time have gained vast experience of the area, local customs and working ways of the communities here.

We have personally bought and sold properties, had properties renovated and built new houses. Therefore we feel we have the hands on experience necessary to give clients a complete personal guide through the processes of purchasing and/or renovating property in this area.
